How to throw a pizza pie !

After many requests I post this video of Super-Mario ( with his permission).
That is true we wanted him to catch it on his shiny head... but he wanted to play
and eat his pie too :-) Enjoy!
Note : this is more for show off, then for DOC pizza making. Accordion to the guru, you do not
need to throw pie to enjoy your perfect pizza, but that is certainly cool and impress chicks :-)

How chimps do it ...

During one pizza party I been told that monkeys grown in zoo need to
be educated how to make kids or they will have no idea and may just
please themself. That very strange fact I learned just an example how
enertaning party can be ... Like do you know they show Adult monkey
movies to chimps?

Proper juicer

After you eat a lot of pizza you may have issues next morning. To
restart your digestive system you may try fresh carrot and apples
juice. You need slow juicer like this or press , not a mixer type to
rip health benefits.

Coffe grinding

After you roasted your coffe beans you are almost ready to enjoy it.
It is very important to use good slow grinder, like my mini mazer. Do
not even think to burn your beans and produce messy particals of
diferent size in these usless 10 dollar coffe grinder from department
store. Prepare to invest in good device like on picture to enjoy good
coffe for years.

30 minute pizza on my grill

There are theses days when you get realy desperate but my pizza oven
is not coming yet and Mario did not call for pizza party. So I made
quit pizza on my grill using pizza baking stones I has and dough that
made with realy hot water over yeast and flour mix. Bottom part of
pizza was almost Ok, but top part was a bit pale. There are so called
green egg grills, made from ceramic. I belivs you can probably make an
OK pizza in one. My kidds loved these pizzas, but my wife was harder
to please. I got mild compliment that it is better then PizzaHut. Well
that is sad , but true. Still it was fun and healthier then stake.

My Pizza Oven Parts Arrived to Seattle today!!!

That is how it suppose to look. Metric system. I am very exited. We have to clear custom and get it on my backyard and then I have finaly choose the place for it. WOW!
