Spazzo review

They took over other pizza joint in Redmind City Center. Look is still
cool. So wines and service. Fake gas oven now used for scilet warming
as well and Mexican chef produce a very sucky oily pies. You can do
better at home even if you do not have real oven as I do. That is a
shame : no we do not have any good comertial pizza in town I know
about: have to drive to Belevue. Notice : seriose pie also make some
strange round oily thing, but at least they put flavor , so you can
like enjoy it once: in this case we could not finish half and we were
hungry . My son did not finished single triangle ! That is bad sign
for pizza they make ;-) Mario, should we buy this place and make real
pizza?! People deserve better pie:-)!!!

Good olive oil

This oil comes from Costco and it has realy nice grassy flavor and
color. This is real Italian oil and good for pizza.

Holy Trinity

I was tending to overdo it: turning oven on in all weather: I love to
see smile on my kids faces when they make pie and when pizza is
ready . I like look on fire and smell of baking pizza ... But making
pizza indoor have it own conseqenses. This last bottom pizza simbolize
that pizza season is over and pizaola taking some rest. I am puting
these 3 in permafrost. I may do some work on pizza oven roof if
weather will allow. See you in spring : when pizza outdoor season
starts;-)

Great dough

My best part mastered pizza dough: this is nice shortcut that look
like a Japanese donught;-)
